shut down svchost.exe netsvcs

My computer had installed windows 7 build 7100. I found that svchost.exe is always downloading something, but how to shut it down?

1.You should open a command prompt.
2.type
tasklist /svc /fi "imagename eq svchost.exe"
From there you are able to determine by the PID which service is the culprit.
3.Open up your taskmgr.
Under the services tab, you can find the corresponding PID and shut it down.
